Dr. Sana has joined the Faculty of Theology at the University of Basel to work on a project titled, 'What are the greening dynamics of religion? A multi-level analysis of religious environmental engagement in Switzerland'. She is a mixed-method interdisciplinary researcher with a particular interest in ethnographic and participatory research methods. She has worked at the intersection of religion, geography and sustainable development. She regularly publishes her research in international journals and has also presented her research at several recognised international forums.
