About
Maja Kofod Jensen is a research associate at the Theological Faculty, working on the SNSF-funded project 'What are the greening dynamics of religion? A multi-level analysis of religious environmental engagement in Switzerland', led by Professor Jens Köhrsen.
She has a Master's degree in the Study of Religion from Aarhus University in Denmark, and is particularly interested in the intersection between religion and sustainability, as well as green spiritualities.
In her master's thesis she looked at the presence of nature spirituality among young Danish environmentalists, using the framework of Dark Green Religion by the American scholar of religion, Bron Taylor.
